I think it was addressed in this thread a while ago. Based on the article they have, he didn't refuse it but the commission did. This was the rematch though, He could be talking bout the 1st fight, but I don't recall it ever being an issue then.

Or, a hypocrite would be somebody who calls himself P4P, and yet demands that Cotto be at 145 even after he had already fought at 147, and then also demand that the career-featherweight Marquez come up to 147

Manny can make 140 easy, and he would still have a huge advantage over the old age-pensioner Marquez.

The fact that Manny demanded a catch-weight of 145 for Cotto, and yet will not fight Marquez unless the fight is held at 147..... is priceless
