Who is the greatest boxer that has never been a world champion?

Katsidis put up another great performance but came short again. It makes me sad to see such a true warrior not become a world champion.

So I've been thinking. Besides Katsidis what other great boxer never became world champion or came always short in world title fights?

          Danny Williams.

This man beat a prime Tyson and retired Vitali. He's the most avoided hw in history.

Pedro Montañez , ( April 24, 1914- June 26, 1996), was a boxer from Cayey, Puerto Rico. Also known as El Torito De Cayey ( The Little Bull of Cayey ), he has been considered by many to be one of the best boxers in history never to win a world title

I have him top ten in my PR ATG list

                  Mexico's Kid Azteca.

Kid Azteca was the most brutal bodypuncher in boxing during the '40's and '50's, that Sugar Ray Robinson and Henry Armstrong avoided.

Kid Aztecas is known as The Godfather of the Left Hook to the Liver.
cause he's the one that introcuced it and perfected it on boxing.
