For Beating 4 Lineal Champions, For his featherweight conquest against the legendary Morales, Barrera, and Marquez. For his rise to gaining 7 world titles without a single easy fight(except david diaz).
The only way Pac gets on that list is if he can unify the welterweight division and become the lineal champion himself, and after that, he beats a slick Top Dog Elite fighter. That's either Mayweather or Martinez for his retirement fight.
If he can do those 2 things, he's on my top 5, and it would be hard for anybody to argue that he's not in the top 5 ATG.
