The only way Pac gets on that list is if he can unify the welterweight division and become the lineal champion himself, and after that, he beats a slick Top Dog Elite fighter. That's either Mayweather or Martinez for his retirement fight.
If he can do those 2 things, he's on my top 5, and it would be hard for anybody to argue that he's not in the top 5 ATG.
