Mayweather's relevancy in the sport is wanning. I notice the hype for a Mayweather-Pac fight has died down considerably. All these fighters, Martinez, Marquez, Berto, Mosley, Alvarez, Alexander, Bradley keep dropping Pac's name and the fans on the boxing site keep saying Pac is ducking so-and-so but we seldom hear about Mayweather. Even Mayweather fans no longer bring up drug testing and now instead say "why doesn't Manny fight Martinez, or Marquez, Berto etc etc." Mayweather is looking like Guns N' Roses after Nirvana came around.

But you are saying Katsidis is one of the best guys but he lost to Diaz and Casamayor. How come he is the best when he can't even beat a top 10 fighter. I like Kats(no ****) but he will be just a stepping stone for upcoming fighters. He has good win against J. Chavez and Escobedo but they are not as good as Casa and Diaz. I am not putting down JMM, he amazed me again.

all i know is that the irrelevant guy had the highest ppv sales and highest gate of the year. and 50% of all threads are about him.
