Is it Fair to Call Katsidis This Generations Gatti?

Good thread I consider kats special because he's a win some/lose some type of fighter...he wins impressively and loses with no shame and is still not counted out the picture...Kats would ruin soto!

Sorta, but Katsidis is better than Gatti was. Not the same kind of epic heart - a big one, for sure, but Gatti is a once in a lifetime kinda guy - but more skills and power. He's actually a damn good inside fighter. He's just no Dinamita.

kats is better than gatti with the combos...better with his hands. shorter punches.

gatti is better on his feet.

This is true. Gatti was more athletic than Katsidis ever will be. Katsidis is still the superior fighter.

Gatti to Oscar and Floyd.
Kats to Casa and Marquez.

every time I see him fight I he reminds me of gatti,plus they look alike too.

GTFOH. There's nothin' that Katsidis does better than Gatti. Gatti faced better competition from much bigger punchers.

Outside of being able to take a punch and a big left hook(which can't even be labeled as an educated punch)

The right hook that he throws is all wrong. I'm surprised he hasn't dislocated that r. shoulder.
