What true warrior. I've been rooting for katsidis since he beat graham earl in a war in england a few years back. He is very entertaining to watch and leaves it all in hte ring. He will always be a fan favourite even if he does come up short against the p4p best.
If you only seen Kats fight today and against Mitchell for sure watch Mike vs grey insane.
I agree with everything people have said here.. he really is a warrior in there and has a great personality outside the ring.
I was rooting for him and thought he would actually win last night, looking at the fight i can see why i thought it could happen. Kastidas will come back.. glad the ref stopped it when he did because i believe Kats can be a big force at LW.. he can beat both Diaz/Casa for sure now
But I am afraid, he is slowly turning into one of those always the bridesmaid but never the bride type of boxers. Glen Johnson is another one of these type.

Agree.
Plus you take into consideration all the BS in boxing, like Hopkins' racism, Rafa Márquez classlessness in defeat, Pac catchweights, Mayweathers Diva attitude, etc. etc. etc.
And then there is Kats.
Just real. Just comes to fight. ALL HEART. No excuses. No hate.
I totally agree with this thread..I had money with my boy(I had JMM)and I found myself rooting for Kats..What a heart,JMM is to experience for him but Kats imo will beat alot of other LW's..I want to see him again..
The fact he never complained about the stoppage shows what a true gentleman he is. A real, fair dinkum bloke. Even though he came up short, he won a lot of fans today.
It was always going to be a tough ask for Mick, especially after the tragic death of his brother a few weeks ago.
