I've seen Fighters calling out someone and never made weight at their own division.

Even a 45 year old Hopkins made weight against Pavlik at a catchweigt of 170.

Is there any fighter aside from Floyd who agreed and fought at a catchweight against a Lightweight guy but never made the weight in the history of boxing?
