I agree. Pacquiao is already the fighter of the decade.. Mosley would give Pacquiao a challenge and I think if not for the inactivity of 1 year and 6 months, he would've KO Floyd already.

Floyd never showed up when a fighter is dominating just like when Cotto and Margarito were bulldozing the 147 division.
