The fact Michael Katsidis knocked him down and he had to go to war with him to win is reason to feel he don't deserve a 3rd fight with Pac. Basically JMM goes down too easy, gets busted up too easy, I dont care how much heart or will he puts in, I want to see Pac fight an opponent who doesnt have to rely on heart and will to win. Those heart guys are the kind he can dominate. JMM does have skill but he no longer has the chin to trade with Pac. his face held up better than i thought it would and his chin looks as good as ever. he took katsidis's best shot and it really didnt phase him. when he went down there was two minutes left in the round and he not only made it through the round but came back and dominated the round.

Actually I love JMM but the way he fought tonight would not help him vs Pac, he got hit too much, traded too much, and knocked down. Had he won by 1st round KO I'd be more impressed. Why do you guys always want to put a guy who just traded a beating in with Pac?

he fought that way with katsidis because it was to his benefit. i highly doubt he would have sat there and traded shots with many like that. did you see the first two fights. he gets knocked down but he always gets up. almost all of marquez's fights that end in knock outs come late in the fight because he breaks his opponents down. prime example last night. he dosent knock people out with one punch. you love jmm but it seems that you havent watched one of his fights. he was fighting a tough contender it wasnt a mismatch like berto and hernandez.
