Damn, the HBO crew totally **** blocked Berto from a Pac fight.

I guess they want Pacquiao to go after an older fighter who is two divisions lower than him. At least Steward said the fight should happen at 140. JMM is a great fighter. But if anybody who thinks it's better than a Berto-Pacquiao fight is bugging. It's all about the benjamins for HBO rather than what the fans want. Shame.

Does Berto impress you with the opposition he has been fighting? Clearly HBO Announcers aren't impressed by his cherry-picking.

What has Berto done in boxing to deserve a chance of fighting Poochiao instead of JMM?

He needs to stop fighting bums and fight a real legit opponent.

It depends really if berto is slick. If he isn't, then it doesn't matter right?

Of course not. But who the fuck can he fight? I'm not really a fan of Berto. But I try to be fair and there's just nobody in the 147 lb division that's worth a damn. He already tried to rematch Collazo and Collazo ducked the rematch. Put him in with Pacquiao and see if he can sink or swim. I'm tired of Pacquiao fighting old worn out fighters.

Berto ain't even slick in my opinion, and I think Pacquiao would slaughter him. But maybe Pacquiao should fight him since alot of *****s think Berto is something insanely great. I guess it would be cool to see Pacquiao brutally knockout Berto.

Berto gets dusted in the first 6 rounds, kid has no head movement and his defense consists of holding. He didn't even know how to defend himself, as soon as he got a point deducted, against Collazo.

He might win a couple rounds, but he's getting smashed in 6.

JMM would win more rounds than Berto and last longer than him. Unless Marquez gets stopped, the fight will be just as close as the ones before. JMM neutralizes his right hand and gives him a similar fight to the rematch.

Berto IMO is a good fighter and has alot of potential, but he's getting paid way too much for these fights. Until he fights a big name he doesn't deserve to fight Pacquiao.

Interesting obversation. Berto does lack head movement. But his hand speed kind of makes up for that.
