I made a thread about this awhile ago, Arum even said that Cotto didn't want to fight Mayweather at 140, Floyd tried to make the fight numerous occassions.

Floyd said he would fight Margarito after De la Hoya but Arum was butthurt because the fight with Oscar done so well and that Floyd done some work with Goosen thats when all the lies started about Floyd being a ducker.

Whereas a few months prior when Floyd was with Top Rank, Arum openly admitted that Floyd tried to make fights with Several stable mates who didn't want any of him.
