The fact that Bute is staying more stationary might give an edge to Froch if they ever do fight.

Honestly I need to see Bute against some elite opposition.

And not someone Froch hospitalised 5 years ago.

I will be honest with you, I am not impressed with Bute.

His level of opposition is so poor, he should be blowing these guys out of the water, he is 32 years old, has had easy fights his whole career and should be at the peak of his powers, yet he got in a tusstle with Brian Magee who is way past it as a result of being in brawls for the last decade

Froch is better than he has ever been, a different fighter from the one a couple of years ago, he has been in with so many elite fighters, and learned from it.

Lucian Bute has not, if things are not going his way, how will he know what to do.

His arsenal looked very limited tonight, most of those knockdowns were from Magee simply running in like a moron and getting Clipped, Froch would not do that, not now at least.

Expect them to stand off each other, Carl to get the upper hand, Bute to become desperate, the fight to turn messy and Bute to end up fast first on the canvas.

That's very possible.

I have a lot of respect for Froch I chose him to beat AA the second the fight was announced.

But i didn't look at the records(I know them well) I looked at the style match-up.

I see a very interesting style match-up between Froch and Bute.

Both are use to being the bigger guys in there fights(Especially Bute)

Bute will stay the hell away early and probably win the first half of the fight.

Froch will come on strong late.

Can Bute survive that?

I don't know.

Bute will look like the better fighter for most the fight, but Froch will wear him down and stop him.
