At the end of the day Pac is the boss and should demand 140 over what Roach suggests. A 3rd fight with JMM should be to settle things in a way there are as few excuses as possible.

What are you implying in bold? The reason he fought margarito and clottey is because someone was on vacation. And speaking of vacation as the threat title states, which fighter Manny supposed to fight but the opponent he chased after went "vacation"

Arum clearly said they will wait for your boy floyd to step up the plate until the end of this year. First priority is the fight with floyd.

In case floyd doesn't come out of vacation, they are also doing backdoor nego with some promoters for a May 2011 fight.
