Manny proudly proclaims to be an 8-division champion and the current WBC Junior Middleweight Title holder, and yet..... he has NEVER fought an actual Junior Middleweight.
Come on man, be honest, what's to argue about there ?
After beating Cotto, Manny was ranked the #1 Welterweight, despite never actually fighting a welterweight at 147. Actually, Manny has only ever fought one welterweight at 147, and that was Josh Clottey, a washed up Top Rank fighter who was thrown a lifeline, and for some strange reason didn't seem to want to hurt Manny in that fight.
Come on again, nothing to argue about there either.
I mean, what's the deal with ducking Martinez at 154? Sergio is smaller than Margarito, and Manny is a JMW champion. What, Manny is gonna leave the division without EVER having fought an actual JMW?
And what's the deal with demanding that Marquez be at 147? Come on, it is ridiculous that Manny demand that Cotto be at 145 even after Manny had already fought at welterweight, and then demand that the career featherweight Marquez come up to 147
Manny can make 140 easy, and would still have a huge advantage over the old age-pensioner Marquez.
There is absolutely nothing to argue about there either.
And, what is the fkn story with that huge jump in weight / muscle mass after Diaz, and then refusing to undertake random blood testing? WTF? I'm old-school, something aint right there.
There is a genuine question to ask, that's all I am saying, and nothing more.
So, I cannot really agree with you my friend.....
I cannot see how you can possibly complain that some folks are just being "blind haters". The thing is, people are not blind, and by reading some of the posts on here you can tell that some folks have been around for awhile, and they know their boxing.
Don't fixate on any single point above. The point is, there are PLENTY of reasons to question Manny Pacquiao's career, so some folks will, that's just how it is.Comment
