He's never been overly impressive "LOOKING". I thought he got destroyed against a hesitant, green Dirrell. Tonight I felt like his style really shined through, and showed people what he is capable of.

So I guess to answer your question, I never really had any respect for him.

I'm not joking when I say this but I was genuinely fearful for Froch in this fight... I am one of his biggest fans and am SO, SO, SO happy he won in this manner. It's complete and utter vindication for one of the best SMWs to have come out of the UK... EVER.... probably even the BEST.

Froch is different class. Arthur was completely violated tonight, something I myself never thought would happen. This fight was supposedly panned out for Arthur to knock Froch since he catching Froch keeps his guard low all the time. Froch comes on to put a show, for the boxing fans, this is what I like about him. Froch deserves to win the super 6 imo.

Let's not go overboard here. Froch is well on his way to putting himself in Eubank, Benn, Watson and Calzaghe territory though, especially if he beats Johnson and Ward. In fact if he beats Ward I'd have no hesitations in agreeing with your last statement.
