Sparring that actually happened that you'd love to of seen?

    Here are mine-

Mike Tyson Vs Lennox Lewis 1984 - Tyson and Lewis sparred at the Catskills because Lewis had won the 83 junior worlds which Tyson was favourite to win before pulling out at the last minute, and they were struggling to find decent tall sparring partners for Mike.

Mike Tyson Vs Evander Holyfield 1984 - Tyson and Holyfield sparred at the olympic trials.

Rid**** Bowe Vs Chris Eubank 1984/1985 - Eubank had won NYC golden gloves at 156 in 85 and Bowe had won NYC golden gloves at 165 in 85, they sparred at Gleason's.

Marvin Hagler Vs Steve Collins 1986/1987 - Collins trained at the Petronell's gym.

Sugar Ray Leonard Vs Roy Jones Jr 1987/1988 - Jones Sr and Jones Jr spent half of their lives at Leonard's training camp in Maryland.

Thomas Hearns Vs Gerald McClellan 1986-1994 - Kronk

Michael Nunn Vs Michael Watson June/July 1988 - Watson and Nunn were only two 'Michaels' in the top ten, Watson got in quality sparring with Nunn and then fought on his undercard when Nunn won his first world title.

Mike McCallum Vs Chris Eubank April/May 1989 - Eubank was chosen to spar McCallum when McCallum was preparing for his fight with Herol Graham.

Roberto Duran Vs Nigel Benn November 1989 - Duran and Benn got together in Las Vegas, they were both due to fight in Las Vegas the following month.

Herol Graham Vs Chris Eubank January/February/March 1990 - Brendan Ingle paid Eubank £300 to go to Sheffield to spar Herol Graham and Johnny Nelson for six weeks.

Michael Nunn Vs Michael Watson November 1990 - Nunn was in England to watch Benn-Eubank and Watson was fighting on the Benn-Eubank undercard, so they got in some sparring sessions.

Roy Jones Vs Henry Wharton January 1994 - Wharton was at his Florida training camp with Terry O'Neill preparing for his world title shot against Benn, when Jones heard that he was fighting Benn he decided to go down and get a few rounds in with Wharton to check him out and wish him good luck.

That's a good list but I'd like to add the Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Zab Judah sparring session to that.

It is a great list, but I would have liked to see the sparring session of Julio Cesar Chavez-Jose Luis Castillo, for the dlh fight here in Colorado.

I would like to see the Morales/Mayweather session that supposed to have happened. I have heard the rumors but I would like to see for myself.

I heard James Toney used to abuse Gerald McLellan. I would have loved to have seen that.

I also hear that Ray Robinson and Willy Pep got in the gym together when Robinson was a kid at featherweight

McClellan did all his sparring at the Kronk, when was Toney at the Kronk?

I read a book on Lennox Lewis once, and he said that when he sparred with Tyson on the above occasion, Lewis was 17yrs old and Tyson came at him like a bull and floored Lewis within 60 seconds! Lennox got up and boxed Tyson on the back foot for the next 4 rounds. Lewis said that "this was the 1st time in my life that I knew how tough this sport could be".

There's little doubt that Tyson in his prime would of destroyed any version of Lewis.
