He was scheduled to fight Chavez Jr in December but got injured and cancelled the fight.....Chavez Jr is still fighting on that date though against a replacement who I can't remember his name

He was supposed to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr until he got injured so he is back on the shelf for the meantime.
