No, he bloody well won't. Johnson is a decent fighter, but really gets overrated on these boards (presumably because he beat that hyped up yank Jones).

I knew that the fight was outside of the tournament just dont understand why it was made. Ward has already qualified if im not mistaken and shouldnt have to take this fight. Bika is a tough guy to be in with to just stay busy.

Yeah, it is. Props to Ward for taking the fight (though boo sucks to him for refusing to fight outside his hometown).

Froch is clearly the favorite against Johnson, especially considering Johnson's age and after the performance he put in against Abraham. Froch-Johnson is an interesting match up though and imo Johnson cannot be counted out. I really like both guys, but I'll definitely be pulling for Johnson in this one. Can't wait for the fight either way.

Let me rephrase that I see Froch easily winning a UD against Johnson. At this point in Johnsons career he will not be able to keep Froch in front of him. Moving down in weight didn't show up against Green but it will against Froch. Johnson is a warrior & I didnt say Froch would stop him. I just think he is too quick and too hard to hit. AA landed a couple good shots but Froch just has way too much movement. He's all wrong for Johnsons style. He's a ****er but like Pac he's also constantly moving around. He slips punches great and when he is out of position he is smart enough to just tie his man up. I don't see Johnson being able to get to him enough to stop him and I don't see him winning more rounds. I got Froch by comfortable UD.

i agree johnson is tough but froch is more mobile than green and cloud. froch should walk away with this one if fights smart
