Can't hate him for it though. It's not like I could be a Euro-level fighter.

Honestly, 'fans' like you are what is ruining boxing forums today. A bad performance (well two) and you say hes a bum. Stylistically both these fights were bad for AA, he's still a threat to anyone at 168 because of his raw explosive power.

personally i never thought froch could beat AA, especially not 12-0..
it all started when froch got a gift decision against dirrell, after that fight every1 started to hate him (including me) no matter what he did.
but today he showed real class in the ring, seems like he isnt that bad at all, gj froch.
poor abraham is now going to fight ward with 2 straight losses, but i would never write him off

i am embarrassed on his behalf. He should retire. it looked as if he didnt even try. throwing 6 punches around even in the 12 round when he knew he needed a KO to win.

I used to be a huge Abraham fan, but no more. shameful performance by Clottey 2.

It happens sometimes when a fighter loses the confidence they need. He probably felt he would be infective if he attacked more, or thought Froch would land something hard on him. Maybe it wasn't his night. He needs to come back and prove himself. Whatever the case, he should have went out on his shield instead of pulling a Clottey.
