People didnt approve of this from Zab...

As you should know, November 12 was the date initially being held for Floyd Mayweather Jr, however, it seems Mayweather has a decision to make since the potential mega-fights with Winky Wright and Zab Judah have fallen apart. Does he fight on HBO World Championship Boxing on November 19 or does he fight on HBO PPV on November 26, Thanksgiving weekend? Arum, who is currently in Monte Carlo, believes Mayweather fighting "Sharmba Mitchell or somebody like a Sharmba Mitchell on PPV" would work on the Holiday weekend. "Barrera and Morales went on Thanksgiving weekend, and there's no reason to believe Floyd Mayweather can't fight on PPV that weekend either." Arum explained that by the time the NFL games are over on Thanksgiving, people are at home looking for something to watch, and he happenes to believe that a Floyd Mayweather Jr fight would generate enough public interst to be a successful promotion. Arum also informed **********.com that WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito will defend his title on the televised undercard of Klitschko-Rahman. We also spoke with Top Rank President Todd DuBoef, who told **********.com that nothing is etched in stone as of yet, but all of the details regarding Top Rank's two major November shows should be ironed out before the end of the week. Stay tuned to our front page for all the latest. Remember where you heard it first! (12:30 AM ET)

How does everyone feel about this? I think it is a bigger mismatch than Zab vs Mitchell...It is complete garbage this fight would be considered ppv caliber...Shame on Arum for even making this fight let alone consider it to be ppv caliber, especially since Klitschko vs Rahman is now PPV!!!!

All I can say is that if Arum wants to make his $12 million back he better give Klitschko vs Rahman a damn good undercard and by that I mean Mayweather!

You can forget that, no way PBF takes a backseat on any card ever again.

If he goes on PPV against Mitchell and it flops he will...Considering that this is considered the "heavyweight" fight that makes a real HW champion...I see no discomfort in doing so...But then again Rahman vs Klitschko is about as much cro as this fight....

I say let it move to World Championship Boxing and give us a thanksgiving treat.....Also this fight shouldnt take place on the West coast...Mayweather vs Mitchell is an East coast fight.

Thats the biggest fight in boxing but Hatton turned it down twice and is seeking a fight against Maussa...Hatton needs Mayweather more than Mayweather needs Hatton...Shame on Hatton

It would be the biggest money fight for Hatton by far. But, he did beat the man (Tszyu) and holds the belts so he calls the shots.

Right now, it looks like Mayweather will end up fighting Mitchell who did so well against Tszyu (not!), which should be a PPV bomb.

Mayweather is the one that needs the popular opponent to make big PPV money. Hatton will make a lot of money in MEN no matter who he fights, and he might fight Maussa next which will be a fun fight. Follow the money, it all makes sense.

If Arum or Mayweather want to do a ppv it's got to be either Judah or Hatton. I thought Judah/Mitchell was a big mismatch but Mayweather/Mitchell is a huge mismatch that should be shown on HBO WCB.
