When did Pac ever call out/challenge Martinez?

I keep reading how Pac is trying to drain Martinez for a potential matchup up by trying to fight him at a catchweight. Can anyone tell me when did Pac ever call out Martinez or speak about a possible fight with him?

It was Martinez who initially stated that "Pacquiao is too small", yet Pac is the one who is "ducking him" according to the Pac haters? Can someone explain how?

Lets also not forget that Roach publicly stated that the Marg fight will be Pac's last fight at that weight and was going back down to 147. This statement was made prior to Martinez's destruction of P.Will.

Martinez offered to fight Manny at 154 for the 154 belt.

manny became quiet as a church mouse.

“If Manny is willing to defend his WBC super welterweight title, I would come down to 154 pounds to challenge him for it as well as allow him to challenge me for my WBC middleweight title,” said the 35-year-old Martinez (46-2-2, with 25 knockouts).

Sergio Martinez " Pacquiao is too small. It will be a mismatch"

He must have forgot that he made this statement first. LOL.
