'Martines', I'm guessing you mean Martinez, is a Middleweight, the lineal champion in fact... so why would he have to fight the lineal MW champion at 154 exactly?

Probably a good time to sit down and shut the **** up now.

Fighters are chasing him and he has the drawing power
Does this only apply to Manny?

Because when Floyd fought Hatton at 147 instead of 140, with the same circumstances (being the top fighter in the sport also with drawing power), alot of posters gave Floyd hell.

I didn't read the OP... Just read the thread title.

To answer that question Pac has fought a fighter at their proper weight ever year as a pro.

Again, explain to me why Pacquiao has to fight Martinez at 154 when Sergio is currently the lineal Middleweight champion of the World. If Manny fights him at 154, that's not Sergio's proper weight... so which is it? Is fighting Sergio at 154 'draining' him and another example of Manny not fighting his opponent at his proper weight, or is it a fight that somehow legitimizes Manny's 154 crown?

Can't have it both ways clown.

                this.

people will ALWAYS have excuses. and if Pac leaves his natural weight to fight someone else in their proper weight, and LOST.... then fans would say Pac lost becuz he was blown up.

edit: margarito weight like 165 when he fought pac, and pac weight like 146. in a random person's point of view, theyd be saying that pac is at a disadvantage

Incidentally when pac fought Margarito on the night of the fight Pac is actually fighting a super middle weight Margarito at 167 lbs..

And you obviously do not know much about boxing as oppose to casual fan who at least have some knowledge of boxing.....Think of the meaning of this phrase for once in your life... (within the weight limit)
You dont know much about boxing if you dont realize the weight put on after the weigh in is water weight. Why do you think they have a way in...in the first place

That's the definition of a weight-drained fighter according to Pac haters. And how many of them were rooting for Marg. Most of them were certain Pac would lose. Pac won. Now they're crying. If Pac lost, catchweights would be the last thing they would talk about.
