Are you saying, sir that it is alright for Martinez not to fight north of MW so not to lose speed, but it's not Ok for Pacquiao to do the same thing? Isn't that a little bit double standard, sir?

Pacquiao said he has no speed at 150, that is why he came in at 144.5 during the Pac/Marg bout. He said he ain't fighting north of 147 anymore due to lack of speed at said weights.
Even at WW he fought fighters 2" to 4' bigger than him. I consider that gutsier than what Sergio is doing, sir.

Pac/Mosley is still speculation at this time... Pac camp is still waiting for floyd until the end of this year. If floyd doesn't want to come out of vacation, there are other fighters being considered such as Berto, Marquez... and yes, Martinez.

I don't think he is obligated to fight him. I agree with you on that.

But I'm not joking when I say Manny could beat him. I favor Martinez via UD but it's possible Manny could win....is all I'm saying just like I favor Martinez over Mayweather and think it's possible Floyd can win.

Martinez is a tremendous fighter and I think he is the 5th best fighter in the world behind Manny Floyd Ward and Wladmir Klitshcko....but I'm looking at this guy and seeing a lot of things wrong in his game that Manny can capitalize off of. Will he beat Manny....probably...but I feel it will be closer than what most think and I wouldn't rule out Manny pulling off the upset.

Also If Manny destroys Shane (which will happen) and beats Floyd decisively then this is a fight that should happen.....as there will be no more real challenges left.

Same with Floyd. If he beats Manny decisively, then He should face Martinez as there would be no real challenges left.

Hopefully Manny and Floyd can both put down their femine kits and get in the ring next fall so we can see who is the best. I think one will emerge clearly as the best fighter and after that most will realize how much of a chance they have of beating Sergio.

Again Sergio is a tremedous fighter, but Ive been watching a lot of this guy lately and Williams ******ity made him look a lot better than what he is. Both Manny and Floyd can beat this dude, although I favor Martinez.....and I just don't see why people are gassed off that KO of Williams.

He's fast, he's strong, he can box and he's not coming off a loss or a fight looking shot exposed etc etc etc.... He's a champion and a REAL threat who's shorter than the two biggest fighters Pac has faced. He's a completely different fighter than Pac's latest line up. Why wouldn't anyone want to see it is the real question. Only down side to things IMO is that he's not getting any younger.....

But the fact that Martinez is a NON cherry picked, NON Top Rank fighter with a style that should make ANY fan of Pac's want to see him in the ring with. Martinez or Mayweather.

IMO if Mayweather returns, he should be priority #1 for Team Pac, if that doesn't work out for what ever reason then talks with Martinez should take place next. But that wont happen because lets look at a historical fact:

Mosley came off a KO victory over Margarito and became the #1 WW, Pac ducked him. He was "too good" at the moment. One could use the Mosley was still with Golden Boy excuse as of why the fight didn't take place but then that validates that Pac ducked Mayweather too who's still "golden".

So as history shows us Pac will avoid/duck/slide by Martinez, who just came off a KO over PWILL "the most feared man in boxing". Martinez is just "too good" at the moment as he's #1 JMW where Pac holds a title at. Maybe Martinez needs to get OLD, schooled, and come off a loss or draw in order for Pac to call him a "bigger" prime, top P4P, king king of a threat? Maybe Floyd needs to lose or look really bad in order for Pac not to feel "drained" by giving blood randomly or what ever else it was?

So if Pac ducks Martinez and realizes Mosley's no champion, hasn't won since 2008 and brings nothing to the table he will then turn to JMM at 147?

Pac is asking of JMM what Martinez is asking of Pac. Who's wrong here?

Think about this first.
JMM doesn't hold a title at WW, hasn't looked good at WW or even won a fight at WW. Pac has done all the above AT JMW for his WBC JMW title he won OR did he disgracefully cheat boxing, cheat the fans, cheat history and should be bashed and called a "coward" for supporting and "cherry picking" POS cheaters that have no place in boxing?

If you choose that he legitimately won that title and is no coward than you must not forget that the title Pac NOW holds is the very same title Martinez held until June 2010. He wants it back. That validates a fight to be made.
