Mayweather has earned his ATG place.

He fights sorely for money now, he only works when he feels like it.

He is still active and thus keeps in shape, he's living his life now, I don't think he has many fights left, his comeback since has been a farce.

Mayweather Jr wanted to fight Cotto when he was still with Top Rank however Bob Arum was against it. Floyd had the opportunity to fight Margarito, but leftt Top Rank to fry bigger fish in the name of Oscar De La Hoya. Oscar De La Hoya > Margarito.

Floyd left Top Rank, so Bob Arum started a smear campaign against Floyd stating he was ducking Cotto and Margarito, which is ongoing to this very day, hence threads like these. Floyd also stated he wanted to retire after the ODH fight, until everyone stated he was ducking Hatton - this was meant to be his last (final) (final) fight, plus there was big bucks involved.
