Roach just said anyone who wants to fight Manny would have move up to WW. Floyd got **** for making Hatton move up to WW, but Manny doesn't get **** for doing the same thing. He's telling guys like Bradley, Alexander, and JMM they have to move up to 147 if they want a fight. The difference between what Floyd did and what Manny is doing is Manny can still make 140 in a healthy way without killing himself to make weight like other guys have to before a big fight.
