Yeah, I agree. I'm glad and all that one of boxing's great under-appreciated warriors is getting great $ now and that he will be set for life after, but really, who cares? Do they really need to make an article about it?

It's good for boxing sometimes that certain fighters get paid really well, but in some other ways it's not good. Berto is a classic example. The douche bag is so used to getting ridiculous amounts for fighting no one that he won't fight anymore unless he's getting millions. ****ing insane. He's not worth 1/4 of a guy like Marquez and thus when he doesn't get offered bazillions to fight someone worthy he doesn't want it. That's a big problem with boxing.

The same goes for the big-wigs like Peso Pacquiao. Him and his team are ridiculously arrogant when negotiating and putting demands on everything. If the $ value of all fighters was just that little closer all around, then fighters would still fight the best. Ahhh well, what can we do but just hope they keep making the best fights? Luckily for us, there will always be the true warriors like Marquez who will fight anyone and always give us a war worthy of millions.

Please tell me your joking. I try to understand why all of you hate Berto, but the fact is he has some talent, speed, and a wicked uppercut. Marquez would be at a huge size disadvantage against Berto and the outcome wouldn't' be pretty. I mean although the Baby Bull lost, he was manhandling Marquez in the early rounds of their first fight maily due to his size advantage.
