Everyone knows Sergio cant make that weight are you kidding me? The fact is Manny is too small to fight Martinez and lets just leave it at that stop with the nonsense. That would be like Haye saying he will fight Wlad but at 205 and under.

Why doesn't Yuri Gamboa fight Amir Khan?
            For what money???

Back in 2008, when Larry Merchant first mentioned a possible De la Hoya vs. Pacquiao bout, we all thought it was a mis-match (I know I did). Then what happened? Look there is inherent risk in every championship boxing match, these people are trained to inflict bodily harm on their opponents. If Manny were to fight Sergio at 147lbs it would be Sergio who would be a legitimate health risk since he would have to debilitate and drain himself to make weight. At a 154lbs WBC title defense, Manny could still enter the ring at a healthy 147-150 lbs, without physically compromising himself in the process; just afford your opponent the same courtesy.

I promise you that Manny would still be the Las Vegas favorite to win a bout with Martinez so lets not kid ourselves here. This a live fight at 154lbs with heavy two-way action all over the entire sports ******** world from Las Vegas to Atlantic City to Madrid to Macau.

WTF is "we" and "us"? Another unbiased article by this fine filipino journalist. It's amazing how he manages to produce impartial, spot on articles considering his loyalties. It's funny how the tune changes when the opponent may be someone with both speed and power unlike the walking punching bag margo. He does make one good point, stay at home, don't risk it, play it safe. If any of the claims he makes about post fight issues are true, retire. "Festering doubt" lol. (Someone bought themselves a thesaurus?) The only reason for that could be a guilty conscience.

If this article isn't written by a tard I don't know what is.

And why is it that whenever someone thinks Floyd can beat Pac that person is a *****, bitter or doesn't know anything about boxing?

Pac has been getting his props by the real pros. Look at Vegas. The only fight since arriving in the WW division that Pac was the underdog was the Dela Puta fight. He's was then favored to beat Hatton, Cotto, Clottey and Fred Flinstone.

Vegas just doesn't take guesses when it puts up theirs odds. Off course it's not a perfect science when making up these odds. Vegas was wrong about the Dela Puta fight but dead on with Pac's following fights.

Believe me, Vegas looks to people who know about the sport and then some when they put up the odds. Vegas does not want to lose their asss.

So IF this fight with Pac and Floyd EVER happens just look at the odds in Vegas. It will speak volumes.

The excuse that Martiez is too big for Pac is nonsense. Margarito is naturally bigger than Martinez. Watch their fight. Margarito is naturally taller, thicker, and stronger than Maravilla. It isn't a situation of Martinez being too big, its a situation of him being too good (in the mind of the Pacwh*res.) Pac is the WBC 154 champ. Martinez said he's willing to come down to 154 to challenge Pac for his belt. I don't see the problem.

People will miss Pac when hes gone. But if Pac has already given us his best performance and he cant improve. Maybe he should think about retiring unless he gets floyd.

When Floyd dont fight like recently, people hardly notice.
