I mean, he just fought a guy who was massacred by Shane, has not fought in over a year and had zero PPV exposure, and yet, he pulled in a lil over 1 million PPV buys.

I mean, what's the difference between getting annihilated by Shane and Juanita getting dominated enroute to a boring UD.

    Because:

Margarito is big, tall, durable, and controversial.

Marquez is smaller (weight), old, slow, fat, boring, and could barely beat a Juan Diaz that got beat twice by a gay loser.

I don't know if there have been new reports about this. But Pac doesn't seem to welcome a trilogy. I personally would love to see it, though.

no point to a Marquez trilogy
when Pac say he wants that recently?
thought his team was split on that
nobody gives a fuck about 3rd fight anymore

Oops, I just noticed my mistake on the thread title. I meant, why does PAC think that no one is interested in a trilogy with Juanita, when he just fought a guy who was obliterated by Shane, has had zero PPV exposure.

Some say, it's because 'Rita had the wrap controversy going for him. However, some also say that the reason the PPV buys did not meet its expectation was due to the controversy. Hmm.

i would like to see a 3rd fight to end this all, even though at this point i dont see marquez as a threat, pacman will talk right through him but a 3rd fight to tell it all would be nice. pacman by KO.

i'd love to see the fight. most fans saw how JMM did against Mayweather above 140 lbs. After fighting bigger guys i dont see JMM hurting PacMan and win. he took Cotto, CLottey and Margarito's best punch but didnt hurt Manny.

Me and my old man prefer this fight
than the Mosley-Pac, which seems to be
                the one they're cooking now.

Grandpa hits the jackpot once again.

Only certain people don't welcome a trilogy. Many people would rather see him fight JMM than Mosley who has not made any merits to deserve the fight. That shouldn't really come to a surprice most of Pac's opponents didn't deserve the chance to make money with the best boxer. Mosley is older than JMM and has look worse than Marquez. He looked really good against Margarito but he looked boring against Mayorga, Cotto sporadically looked faster than Mosley, he was outclassed by Mayweather and looked horrible gainst Sergio fucking Mora.

I feel that Marquez deserves to get a shot at a last big money fight since he has been the only fighter to give him trouble in the last two years.
