Arum is keeping his fights inhouse..just as dana white @ UFC...1 promoter 1 tournament called ABC Arum Boxing Championship

True, he is keeping his fights in house, but you make a bad comparison. Dana White and UFC actually has about 95% of the talent in the MMA world whereas Bob Arum and Top Rank don't even have 50% of the talent in the boxing world. In UFC's case they are able to provide consistent great match ups, while Top Rank cannot an so they rely on illusion, manipulation and a large boxing fan base to ultimateley cheat the fans all the while making lots of money. Not to open up an MMA v Boxing discussion, but there is no legit comparisson there...

Cotto will fight and beat JCC
Paquiao will fight and beat either Mosley or Marquez
Martinez could fight Margarito depending on whether Arum is done with him or wants him to fight Cotto in June-- if he fights Martinez he will not make it to the PR celebration.
If Cotto fights and beats Chavez in March, then Chavez can fight Margarito in an undercard for Cotto v Martinez in June or if Cotto looks decisevly impressive then it might be Cotto v Pacquiao 2 in June.

I see it playing out something like that.. My opinions nothing else...
