Well, Sergio used to be a cyclist, and we know cyclists aren't the cleanest bunch of athletes these days. Who knows, he may have chosen to box because of the strictness of doping tests cycling body imposes on their riders. So asking whether he may or may not be on PEDs is just as valid as with others asking Manny whether he is on PEDs or not.

What's funny about all these accusations, of all the top 4 p4ps (Manny, Sergio, Floyd and Nonito), Manny is the only one who is/has not been/ connected to anyone who has been convicted/or have used any banned substances/or was in a career where doping is a major concern.
