        Bring your hands straight back, dont throw lead right hands in an actual fight and keep training. If you can take a punch you'd be fun to watch in the ring, but you're going to take some punches.

            thanks, na i no wut im doing when i spar i keep my hands and move my head alot, thas jus my style i feel comforatable with

                    no u don't have good reflex u are just twitchy but u move slow,. u don't hop a bit or even twist ur shots. U got poor beginer like footwork and lateral movment.
