Good incentive for more paper credentials. Berto won't last long in the ring with Manny, kid has fought nobody with a pulse and is wide open. I'd say six rounds tops.

The fight would have to be after May 1st, which is unlikely, for Mayweather to drop out of the rankings, so... this fight wouldn't have the incentive of The Ring belt.

Even if Floyd don't go to jail, pac-berto would be for the ring belt, which is generally acknowledged as the lineal title.
