According to the Philippine Star, Manny Pacquiao made $20-25 million for the twelve round beating of Antonio Margarito on November 13 at Cowboys Stadium in Texas. Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum of Top Rank, confirmed the figure to the paper.

I don't really give a damn about how much money Pac made on this fight. However, considering Arum lied about the PPV numbers (claiming it would be around 1.5 million buys), lied about having agreed to terms for a Mayweather/Pac fight in November, liked about Pac's guarantee for the Cotto fight being $12 million instead of the actual guarantee of $7.5 million, and pretty much lies every time he opens his mouth, I would say there is a 99.8 percent chance he is lying about this. I would guess that that Pac's guarantee was probably $12 million and he ended up making about $16-17 million for this fight. That is still nothing to sneeze at, but I am sure it is nowhere near what Arum claims.

the sad part of this is that pacquiao should be getting more money than this. he actually only gets 27% of his purse regardless the numbers. sad case. koncz and arum are dirty behind pacs back but manny signed the top rank contract.

i think it doesn't matter... at least he fought MARQUEZ in their comfortable weight, COTTO whom mayweather said "he lives too far" and he fought MARGARITO whom mayweather suspects there's "something" in him before the handwraps scandal (although the last 2 were catchweights, still, pac fights them)

Unfortunately Floyd and his disciples dont see this concept.. Pacman is Floyds BIGGEST PAYDAY EVER.. But Floyd is HESITANT and NEEDS SPECIAL TESTING against a former flyweight who to the Mayweathers is one dimensional.

It sounds like you are saying that Mayweather should take the fight without the drug tests because it will be his "BIGGEST PAYDAY EVER". The same can be said about Pac. He would make twice as much money as he has ever made, so therefore, he should just take the damn test if he is as innocent as his worshippers like you claim.

Also, that former flyweight is stopping welterweights and absorbing their punches like they came from a flyweight. If anything, that is more of a reason for Mayweather to be su****ious. So, just what is the point of that ridiculous comment.
