I've always liked Floyd for his ability inside the ring, no matter how you put it, this guy got some crazy skills. As a fan of boxing it's hard not to enjoy watching this man box.
But all I see is people laughing at his downfall, portraying him to be the devil because he likes to talk smack.
And yes he avoids the big challenges and has done for years, but when he finally gets in the ring no man can take from him, that he is one of the best, if not the best. And I still stand by saying that Mosley was a great challenger. Then some people bring up the fact that Mosley is old and that he only got draw against the Latin Snake, but come on, anyone who watched that fight saw what happened, Mora got the GIFT decision, I mean how do you get a draw for avoiding punches?!
And the tuneup against Marquez was not by all means, a big challenge, but nontheless it actually was a tune-up fight.
I seriously miss some of the things that Floyd brings to boxing. Always something happening where ever he goes. It's a sport, it's entertainment, and this guy brings a lot of entertainment to the sport.
What I'm trying to say is that it seems like everyone can so easily discredit him now when he is down, but come on, there is something entertaining about him wouldn't you agree?
I hope he steps back into boxing and takes on 2-3 of the biggest challenges.
