    The two-time world champion, Venezuelan Jorge "Golden Boy" Linares, insists that he wants the best match for next year and also stresses that his goal is to be champion again. At this point he is resting and currently spending time in Managua as a guest at the annual convention of the World Boxing Association, an entity in which he is ranked as the number one ranked contender super featherweight.

      Linares needs to focus first on avenging that embarrassing loss.
      I was very high on linares and feel e had an off night when he lost i want him to prove it.

            I just want to see the guy fight. He signed with GBP and still hasn't fought in the U.S.

            If you asked me a year ago I would of said he was my top prospect about to blow up. Not really sure what he's waiting for, the guy can fight. One loss don't mean ****.
