Top 10 fights Pacquiao should make

Of course we would all love for Floyd to face Manny but if that doesn't happen Manny has options. As a fan I would love to see Manny fight these fighters under fair conditions.

    1. Floyd Mayweather....at 147lbs with Random Blood Testing
    2. Sergio Martinez.......at 154lbs
    3. Devon Alexander/Timothy Bradley winner....at 143lbs
    4. Juan Manuel Marquez at 143lbs
    5. Andre Berto ..........at 147lbs
    6. Khan/Maidana winner at 143lbs
    7. Miguel Cotto..........at 154lbs
    8. Kermit Cintron.......at 154lbs
    9. Paul Williams.........at 147lbs
    10. Shane Mosley......at 154lbs

Pretty much spot on, i dont agree that Mosely deserves a shot at Manny..that would be a seriously one sided fight. I would definatly like to see Manny fight one of the younger/up and coming fighters possibly Berto, but not Bradley/alexander partly because i think they look good at light welter but that (at the moment) is a division with no real stop dog (no kostya no hatton etc). Its still a young division with 3/4 fighters who could potentially be the the main name, even then im not sure that those fighters could hold their own with the p2p fighters at welter/light middle.

It was either Shane at 154 or Angulo. But since Perro has been lost and Shane got robbed vs Mora he deserves a sympathy vote.

1 is good minus the groundless blood testing.
        2 is fine
3 & 4 fine, but make Manny do the 140 (turnabouts fair play)
        5 is fine
6 same as 3 & 4 (also having 3 fight 6 and having Manny fight the winner is even better, Manny fights some of the others in the interim)
7 pointless unless he does something in the meantime to deserve it
8 only if he has something else much bigger already lined up
9 Fine, but at 154 or catch weight (despite what he says I don't think Williams hits 147 too easily)
        10 Last resort

Why Floyd with OST while others don't? Is Duckweather a special Flower?

Because I don't wanna here excuses from either side. If Manny can get people to agree to pay 10 mil per pound over I think he should agree to OST. Also don't forget alot of fighters make exceptions for Manny hence the word catchweight.
