    Mayweather v Martinez

This is the fight I want to see happen if Mayweather v Pacquiao doesnt happen...Obviously Floyd and Roger has to clear up his legal issues first but if cleared and available next year, a chance to win the middleweight championship and another big payday i feel would be an attractive proposition for Floyd.

I dont see Manny fighting Martinez, as Martinez while not being a technical wizard would have a height and reach advantage, while possessing good hand and foot speed and also has decent power, would present alot of difficulties for Manny as oppossed to a 'walk at you' fighter like Margarito who doesnt use his Height or Reach advantages over his opponents....I think Martinez wins that fight to be honest.

I like Floyds chances at 154 as while he would not be as quick as he would be at 147, imo he could still use his superior technique, guile, and timing to outpoint Martinez who if you watch closely is often off balance when throwing shots.

I think Manny KO's Marquez easily at any weight above 140 and would back him to win at 140 also.

Other than going back to 140 to fight Alexander and Bradley there is not to much else Manny can do. Berto is no where near his skill level and Manny beats him up easy. Floyd outclasses him totally also.

I would like to see Manny against Cotto at 154 rather than Marquez...I think a fully hydrated Cotto would be stronger at that weight and would possess more of a chance. Floyd v Cotto also would be fight most boxing fans have been waiting years to see...

I just hope that if Floyd and Manny do decide to fight again its against credible opponents....not Marquez, not Margarito...fighters that have a chance against them.

Floyd isn't active enough or big enough to fight a similar version of himself in southpaw form!!

I think its an intriguing fight....and I think floyd wins it but it would be close as Martinez is fast, a southpaw and a bigger guy. Just think Floyd is more Technically sound.

Cool poster of PW...hopefuully he will learn from the Martinez fight and use his height and reach instead of just throwin punches in bunches.

Thanks about the poster,I don't even know if the army is anymore.T'was a sad day for me on saturday, but what's a boxing fan to do,I can't abandon him now, there really isn't anyone else in all of boxing that is willing to compete in 3 different weight classes!!

Floyd is more technically sound, but the size advantage & experience at 154+ that Martinez has & his hunger plus his own speed & power trumps Floyd's technicality!!
