Abraham vs Forch - Prediction and Analysis

Come Saturday we are in for a treat with King Arthur facing The Cobra, I don't know about you but I'm excited for what I believe is going to be another great fight in a November that has been classic for Boxing

So here is my prediction and analysis for the fight.

I believe Abraham will win by K.O in the 8th, 9th or 10th round... my gut feeling tells me the 9th.

    Reason Number 1.

Styles make fights, and both of their styles actually works for both guys, but I think Abraham has the advantage because he's defense is better and he is also the harder puncher, therefore I see both guys going at it and neither one willing to back off and Abraham landing to more precise and powerful punches on Froch eventually wearing him down and finishing him off in the late rounds.

    Reason Number 2.

In my eyes both guys got outboxed by Andre Dirrell but the reason I give Abraham the advantage here is because in his fight against Dirrell around the 8th round the momentum started change in his favor and Dirrell started slowing down, if not for the illegal punch that got him disqualified who knows what could have happened in that last round. On the other hand when Froch fought Dirrell he just got outboxed the entire fight, and the momentum stayed the same throw the entire fight in favor of Dirrell. So I think that Abraham will be able to do the same thing against Froch that he did against Dirrell towards the last rounds since Forch is not as skilled as Dirrell and will be observing punches from the earlier rounds and eventually the accumulation of punches from Arbaham will result in a KO.

    Reason Number 3.

Both guys are coming off their first career loss and there for will want to proof something, so this category actually works in favor of US THE FANS, cause each guy is going to bring their all and leave everything in the ring come Saturday.

The fight is only 3 days away.

Abraham but late round stoppage. Too much offense, too good defensively, just too much of a better fighter than Froch. It's really that simple.

        I believe it's a pick'em fight

the only thing I feel confident to predict is that AA has a much better chance to win by KO than Froch, and Froch has a much better chance to win by decision

very intriguing bout, both men can cause surprises

          ...and too lazy

AA said he would correct the fact that he gives away the first couple of rounds, but I'll believe it when I see it

Tough fight to predict...truly a u pickem as somebody stated above.

My fear is that this fight although on paper looks like a cant miss brawl turns out to be slow and boring. If Art gives way the first few rounds like he always does I think that will entice Froch into a more safety first style trying to outbox the lion from a distance.

If Art can come out a bit strong early I think we have ourselves a special fight with Abraham getting a close but clear decision. BUT if we get the Abraham we are used to we will get a cautious opportunistic Frosh and in turn we will see a close split/majority draw that is impossible to call.

Gun to my head...boy this is tough...Ill take Froch by majority decision in a fight that does not live up to the billing. HOPE IM WRONG.

Abraham by late stoppage, as always.

but i wont be very surprised if Froch pulls out a UD/SD.
