Katsidis has no clue what he's in for

Poor guy is going to get picked apart worse than Diaz was by JMM. And worse than he was picked apart by both Casamayor and Diaz.

Why ? Because he has no jab whatsoever. He just follows his opponent around without throwing anything before he can plant his feet, usually when his opponent stops moving or get close to the ropes.

I just watched his fight against Mitchell. Katsidis hasn't improved as a fighter since he lost to Diaz. Same old stuff, same old blood and guts gladiator.

Marquez is going to fight going slightly backwards so that Katsidis follows him around like he always does, and he will pick him apart with his monster hooks and uppercutts.

If everything goes according to plan, it will be an easy night of work for Marquez, and I expect him to KO Katsidis somewhere between the sixth and the ninth round, but closer to the sixth...

    I feel bad for JMM.

He's going to have to retire after this fight after the murderous beating Katz will deliver.

I don't want to hurt your feelings Stones... but JMM will do what he has to do...

JMM will be ahead on the scorecards when he gets drawn in or caught by Kats...

So much for the Boxing, two or three flush to the face. Give me my cheque, call it a day baby...

If Katsidis can fight through the punishment he's going to take and remain strong, his smothering style will be a problem for JMM early and late (if it gets there).

He should cede the middle rounds because there's no way he fights an entire fight with his style and defense against JMM and doesn't get stopped. He should take the approack Martinez did against Pavlik.

The Escobedo fight tells me JMM won't have any trouble landing on Katsidis and his power at 135 is no joke, I expect him to come out the winner.

I don't underestimate Katsidis though, he's going to make it a very tough and exciting fight. People forget that he was ahead in the Casamayor fight before the KO, while JMM was even/behind. And I didn't see the Diaz fight as wide as others had it.

Age will dictate JMM`s feet. He will get hit sooner than later. And Katsidis hits harder than Diaz, he sits on all his punches.

I had JMM ahead of Casa before the ko.
I do agree Katsidis is a gritty tough guy and that he's gonna get nailed a lot in this fight.

Marquez will win by a 116-112 margin.

The fight will look closer than what the judges give.

                  My brain says Marquez.

                  My heart says Katsidis.

I will be rooting for the under dog this time.

Will always be a fan of both.
