Wolak is bigger than Gomez, throws a ton of punches, is riding a 6 fight winning streak, and was scheduled to fight December 18th so he has some momentum. He is going to pressure Junior and win some rounds and **** up Junior a bit, regardless of outcome. May be a better fight too.

Wolak is a more legitimate Jr. MW/MW than Gomez is. Might be a better fight.

I feel badly for Gomez. He always comes to fight and deserved the payday. Wolak cannot beat Junior. The notice is short and the Duddy fight displayed Julio's true heart.
In a year of some real stinkers, mostly thanks to Floyd and Shane, Chavez-Duddy is my candidate for fight of the year. If it were not a PPV, it would have received alot more credit. Next year, it appears that Floyd will face a forced exile. It appears that prison has become his preference over prize fighting. If Manny takes Mosely I won't go near it regardless of how much I love to watch Pacquiao do his thing.
