Kermit Cintron is rated #1 in the Jr middleweight devision. He already defeated Angulo (#2) and the next best, Cotto, is ducking him. Shane Mosley definitely won't fight him. I doubt Williams will want to get in the ring with him again. Who else could he fight that's worth something?Comment
