You nailed it, perfect example. Just remember, this is all nothing more than haters grasping at straws to hate on someone who's momentum and upward trajectory is pissing them off.

Jones didnt fight John Ruiz at a catch weight, oh and John Ruiz was legitimately a champion, oh and John Ruiz wasnt 1-1 with one win over a bum in not so impressive fashion over the 2 or so year span prior to the fight, oh and ruiz's career wasnt marred by allegations of hand wraps. So thats the difference right there. Manny Pacquiao has found a way to make John Ruiz appear to be a more legitimate champion and Ruiz vs. Jones to be a legit hw championship fight. Cong**** manny, thanks for helping ruin boxing.

Exactly. Ruiz was a career HW. Not someone who had fought there twice.

He's pointing out the different factors and why the scenarios aren't quite as similar as they appear on the surface level (which is as deep as you go).

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh my god I can't believe you're comparing this shit to Margarito-Pacquiao. It's so irritating to read this.

Ruiz was a top 10 Heavyweight and an actual WBA champion.

Margarito was not ranked in the top 10 JMW and the fight was for the vacant WBC JMW title.

                      Completely different story here.

See if Pacquiao had beaten an actual top 10 JMW champion and had left, that's okay. Floyd beat DLH who was WBC JMW champion and top 3 JMW and then left so it was okay.

Pacquiao won a paper title against a bum. And at a damn catchweight at that. WTF is wrong with people. Jones didn't fight the top 10 HW WBA champ at no catchweight.
