    Cue pseudo legal experts!

Well, according to the Nevada Penal Code and my research on Wikipedia.....

Floyd will be sentenced like every other man his size.

      As a juvenile.

He most likely will not go to jail looking at the evidence, I mean does his ex wife even have the slightest physical evidence to prove she's been assaulted? Felony theft for an Ipod? It's a fishing expedition and Josie Harris will get killed during cross-examination considering she's a known liar and has made up several stories about being physically abused only to recant her story later on, combine that with the the presumption of lack of physical evidence and Floyd will get a slap on the wrist at most - hell Chris Brown beat the crap out of Rihanna and got community service. I think people are overreacting about the maximum 33 year sentence - he won't even do close to 33 years even if he's convicted.

            I hope not.

Sergio Martinez is waiting for him.

Precisely the reason floyd would rather go to jail.
I bet he'll confess to anything like raping a gorilla just to get in jail.

It would be much better if you just wait for the decision of the Court that will start hearing his case this Jan 2011, and determine whether Floyd jr is guilty as charged or not.

I'd rather he keep fighting. Now that pac's not the only one after him, 2011 would be a fun year for Floyd.
