Then you must be a casual boxing follower and not really hardcore boxing fan... If so all is forgiven

Anyways my comment is still dedicated to hardcore boxing followers how the hell did perception change in the last 48 hours?

YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS !!

          Either.....

a.) Manny is a genuine JMW, and should fight Sergio at 154

          or.....

b.) Sergio is too big for Manny, so the vacant JMW title that Manny won against an undeserving mediocre welterweight bum..... IS WORTHLESS !!

WELL, WHICH ONE IS IT ?

Is Manny an 8-division titlist as 60 minutes proclaimed last night ?

          OR ISN'T HE ?

Manny is not good enough to compete with Sergio..... END OF STORY !!

Floyd = the bull**** stopper at 147
Sergio = the bull**** stopper at 154

damm manny's getting all into your head now lol... its only boxing, relax, u win some u lose some lol.. manny sucks there i said it u happy now? lol

          • and yes... martinez is too big for manny. end of story. manny will (or should) vacate the title when he's forced to.

at MW, yes martinez is better. if the fight could happen at 150. cool, make it happen. but it's too low for martinez, and anything more is too big for pac. i'm sure this point has been beaten to death.

              • Isn't Manny a 154 lb champion?

                • Sergio Martinez is a breath of fresh air in elite level Boxing, no lie though I hope Floyd fights him and takes both the 154lb title and the 160lb title, he would be a 6 division champion man that would be awesome and the best part about it is that it will be legit, it would be title VS title at a weight where I'm sure Floyd might be in over 154 maybe by a pound or two. in my opinion if Pacquiao doesn't fight Floyd it would have to be someone like Martinez next on the line because he brings the most money next to Pacquiao, I'm sure Lou DiBella would throw millions into this and they could co-promote with Golden Boy and Mayweather promotions and make this a huge fight..

on his own Sergio is not a big draw but he is hot at the moment and his notoriety increase will make it so people will want to see that fight, I could see a fight like that doing 1.5 million PPV's man seriously, think about it against Shane he made 1.4 million PPV sales and yes Shane was a champion but for Floyd it wasn't for the title, imagine if Floyd is attempting to raise his long term status in history and become a 2 weight champion? can you imagine the promotion for that fight?

another option would be Cotto but Cotto needs to speak up, Bob Arum has him tied down and he is just feeding him whoever he wants Cotto to fight, Cotto needs more of a say on who he fights he shouldn't be so "fuck it" about it he should call out Floyd, Cotto-Mayweather for the 154lb strap will be awesome too but I think Bob Arum wants to milk Cotto out for a while longer and if he is going to have Cotto lose his buzz he will make sure it's against another guy he can milk more money out of like JCC Jr. those are the only other 2 names I can think of Floyd fighting that would make sense for him at this point
