Without a doubt was one of the best fighters that we have seen come of out of the UK and one of the greatest to step into the ring. But by far he is not THE BEST ALL-TIME Super Middle. No Way! If we go by his potential, his style of fighting, and fight charisma along with his record we could put in the top five or top ten. But we weren't able to see all of the things put together against tough opposition. Of the fights that you listed, we can only see two for sure Hall of Famers and two real clearly accomplished champions. Even the fights against Roy Jones and Bernard Hopkins which were good displays of dominance, but everyone who is honest knows that both of those guys have seen their better days a long time ago. Kessler is a good tough fighter but he is not a proven champion and is not currently on the path of being a hall of famer. Jeff Lacy was a joke. Bika is tough, but lacks pure boxing skills and when he does wins it is by pure heart and punishing power that he uses wildly and uncontrolled. Why would you even dare to put Robin Reid's name along with Jones and Hopkins...I guess only because he dominated him. Reid is a nobody who loss to Jeff Lacy. If you a die hard Calzaghe fan that's cool, but you've taken it too far. Calzaghe is good...damn good, but he retired before he could really solidify he All-Time Greatest Legacy.

You are a sorry piece of crap.

You honestly think Calzaghe is by far not deserving of being the best 168 pounder ever? You need to get your head checked, fellas.

Lets take a look at his resume, shall we; Roy Jones Jr - one of the greatest fighters who ever lived, possibly Top 30 ATG material, fought from middleweight to heavyweight, was only a couple years older than Joey when Zagz beat him. Fair enough, Roy was past prime but so was Joey as that was his last fight. Bernard Hopkins - ATG Top 30 material - gets better with age and has proven this with wins over Tarver and Pavlik, he arguably beat Taylor twice and Joey receives full credit for this win. Already, that is 2 certified HOF's on his resume. Add guys like Eubank who is certainly a candidate for future HOF. Joey defeated Kessler and Lacy when they was undefeated. Then you have guys like Bika, Reid and the list goes on. Calzaghe is the best 168 pounder, so cut the crap.

Calzaghe was past his prime as well. So that evens it out and Joey deserves 100% credit.
