I actually think the fight would be decent. While Mosley will probably gas out, compared to the last fighters Pac has faced he will probably have the highest chance of putting up a fight against the legendary Pacman. His power is his calling card here. Also like the TS pointed out, Mosley looks horrible against highly technical boxers with foot speed. Against brawlers he had no equal in his prime.

I do believe Pac has the best foot work of any fighter in the past 20 years. That is also why he packs such a punch. Watch the Pac vs. Marg fight in slow mo. His foot work and uncanny sense of balance, and weight distribution is what allowed him to break Margs orbital bone. His technique is perfect. So if Pac was a safety first fighter I would say Shane couldn't make this fight competitive, and that it is a mismatch.

Not sure who will agree with me here. But, the only reason Pac got hit by Marg was because Pac wanted to put on a show. Its that fighter spirit in him, that wanted to fight man to man, blow to blow. He wanted to know if he could take Margs shots, and beat him to the punch in every exchange. I do admit he looked more tired than he has ever been. But I know that he could have won comfortably, in an easier fashion. I think he was thinking knockout, until he was shocked by Marg's heart. Because of Pac's character this fight will be exciting.

    CLIFF NOTES:

Mosley Power + (Pac's Legendary Status + Pac's willingness to trade with anybody) = Legendary fight for at least 6 rounds.

Funny thing is I think the Marquez fight would be better. Marquez's chin is awesome (not on Mosley or Marg level....) and he is the only person to be able to trade with Pac and win an exchange or 2.

The problem is if you want Pac to pick a fighter he will lose to, you won't find one alive....

        :HEAD****: ..... check hook

        Pac just had a 50,000 gate(Clottey) and a 44,000 gate(Margacheato)

......Floyd has never done over 20,000 attendance in his life.(that is maximum capacity in his biggest Vegas venue MGM)

So far we don't exactly have "apples" to "apples" YET

Hope Mosley/Pac is next ..... then Mayweather ......Don't miss this one!!

We also have an chocolate to boiled lollies comparison. Cotto is the 3rd biggest draw in the USA, yet Mayweather vs Mosley did better than Cotto vs Pac??

On another note i would like to see Mosley vs Pac. I don't think it will happen though. I don't think Roach or Arum will want that fight.

Can't agree. At this level it's all about momentum, and Mosley has none. He had a bad loss to Floyd, and an ugly draw to Mora. Pacuiao needs to keep this fantastic streak going by fighting the best. If not Floyd, then Bradley/Alexander winner.

Mosley would be Pacquiao toughest fight since JMM II for 7 or 8 rounds

              What if Mosley got beaten?

              Mosley is an aging boxer his last fight against Mora wasn't convincing;

they will certainly says that Mosley got softened up by Floyd Jr

and Mosley is old, can't pull the trigger no more!

and they will start insulting Pacman!

I would prefer Berto to face Pacman!

I'd say maybe, maybe three rounds, before it was a one-sided ass-whooping.

We all need to let go of the Mosley nostalgia. He's done competing on a world class level, and has been for some time. Clever matchmaking and that HBO marketing people pick and choose when to complain about was keeping him going, but that was due to the backing of GBP, and if he's truly left them, he's ****ed. He's got nothing left. And no, not because Floyd beat it out of him. He's washed up.

                  Also this.

I'd prefer to see the Berto hype train derailed.

Get the **** out of here with this ****. Shane hasn't won a fight in literally years! And before the Margs fight he looked like **** for ages.

Pacquiao would KO him within three rounds. It's a pointless, ****ty fight. At least Margs had the decency to win against *someone* before pretending to deserve a shot.

Look at this hater, this shiet would be at 147, eventhough pac is between jrWW and lightweight.

These haters just craving for his downfall, like pac has done shiet to them.
