CARL FROCH will go into Saturday night's showdown with Arthur Abraham with one piece of advice ringing in his ears: Knock out the Midget King!

The simple plan to deal with the man known as King Arthur comes from Froch's gorgeous girlfriend Rachael Cordingley.

And the Nottingham slugger will happily oblige as he bids to reclaim the WBC super-middleweight title he lost to Mikkel Kessler earlier this year.

Speaking to Zoo magazine, Rachael said: "Carl's always confident and he knows he can bring the WBA championship belt back to its rightful place.

"Abraham is only a midget — Carl's going to dethrone the Midget King!"

Froch, 33, added: "Abraham and I are fighting for a world title and we both believe we're going to win.

"Nothing will be left outside the ring and everything will be thrown inside it.

"I've got to stick and move — keep out of his way and out-box him.

"But you know what I'm like, there will come a stage when I decide to have a good old scrap on the cobbles instead!"
