Actually, it would be far worse than what happened to Margarito. Mosley would not be able to make it 12 rounds taking a beating like that, and he would take a beating like that. He also wouldn't be applying the nonstop pressure Margarito did, that gave Margs his limited success.

Pacman vs. Mosely is a wack fight really. I don't want to see it at all. I just want to see Pac vs. Floyd... but Marquez would be a better opponent than Mosely because Marquez is a smarter fighter than Mosely. I would pay to see marquez vs. pacman 3!

100% agree at 140lbs jmm still takes pac to the brink, jmm has alot more left in the tank than mosley does, mosley is done, he slurrs and lost far worse to mayweather than jmm did. jmm at least was landing till the end even tho it was one sided against mayweather.pac to me knows very well that jmm is the one guy he hasnt been able to put away and really the one guy that has put some serious beatings on him. jmm is still the only active fighter to outconnect pac two fights in a row. picking on mosley is a very cowardly pick because we all know mosley is washed up and its not the same mosley from 10 years ago.pac still gets hit waaay too much for jmm to not be competetive . ppv wise a 3rd jmm fight sells better too because we will get a fight not another one sided beat down. pac should fight mayweather, or berto, or martinez. anybody but mosley, nobody with a brain would want to pay to see mosley lose again.pac needs to grow balls and fight the top guys, jmm is too old too but he has pacs number wether he gets kod or not who cares jmm delivers,everytime. to me pac really is afraid or at least weary of jmm, because why would he choose mosley? he knows mosley is totally shot, therefore hes picking the easier fight which is what pac always does. hed rather not risk is what it is jmm knows how to fight lefties. jmm even flew to the phillipines and challenged pac to his face in front of alll his people and still pac dont want none! if he can catch floyd, the best defensive boxer since whitaker then there is
a chance.

however, chances are unlikely at 40 years old for shane.

i think shane vs cotto rematch would be a great competitive fight

they both got white washed by floyd, difference is that shane almost had floyd out twice in the second round, had him wobbled, knees buckled and hanging on for dear life.

Marquez over Mosley really??? I'm not interested and I'm a big Marquez fan. I don't understand the reasoning. Roach: "We'd brutalize Mosley for 12 Rounds" vs "We'd knock Marquez out" whats the difference?? Why does this make Marquez more attractive, a smaller, slower, less powerful fighter? I do believe Pac beats Mosley easy, but Marquez gets knocked out cold its too late for that fight should've done it instead of the Hatton fight at 140.

From a boxing fan's perspective both Marquez and Mosley would lose bad to Pac at this point. But compared to Mosley, Marquez has actually won his fights in 2010 (including Katsidis). Sorry Katsidis lol. To the average sports fan, JMM is the guy that outboxed Pacquiao twice but never won. So JMM is more marketable.

However, if Marquez barely beats Katsidis or even loses, he might as well say goodbye to a third Pacquiao fight. And if Berto fails to look magnificent this weekend too, then unfortunately Pacquiao-Mosley will happen in 2011!

No chance I see this happening. At 37 we'll see how much he's got left in the tank after Katsidis .The closest he's been to 140 was 142 against Mayweather .Marquez won't have the power at 140 I don't think .I got Pacquiao ko .

Wow, for once Roach speaks the truth. Usually it's always "Pacquiao will KO this person that person".

Somebody said that Mosley's power and speed would give Pacquiao troubles. What speed? Sure he has power, but what speed? Oh yeah, that lightning fast speed that he used against Mayweather. Compared to Pacquiao, Mosley is a turtle.

Mosley has nothing but a puncher's chance. End of story.

I personally would like to see MANNY finish MARQUEZ in a trilogy fight. This version of MANNY would K.O. him I think. He is a complete fighter now and this would be a SERIOUS BEAT DOWN! MARQUEZ is doing all this talking, but he should be worried about SAT.! He's an old man now like MOSLEY and is looking for one more big PAY DAY. MANNY is not normal and is an all-time great. PERIOD. All this hate and talk about his opponents being whatever is NONSENSE MAN! He is the man right now. He's tough as nails. And he is still hungry! He won't be easy to defeat even by MANYWEATHER who clearly knows this and doesn't want to fight! He would give him hell for as long as it lasts.
