Actually, Roger did an interview with fighthype stating that the only reason the bout couldn't have been made is because he [Pacquiao] hasn't agreed to testing.Comment

I'm saying though... Arum is and has been saying since the day after Pacquiao-Margarito that all he wants is for Floyd to pick up his phone and tell him who to talk to to make the fight- is it Schaefer (who's saying he knows Manny isn't ducking anyone and trying to push for a Marquez trilogy for some reason), is it Don King (4 fight/$100 million deal, remember that? Mysteriously disappeared once King started talking about how easy he and Bob could make the fight), or Haymon?
Floyd has been su****iously quiet, don't you think? He could get his publicist to ghost write a statement such as
"I am eager to give the world the fight they want to see. I want to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am in fact the greatest fighter of this generation. The only thing preventing this fight from happening is Manny Pacquiao's refusal to submit to my request for Random Olympic Style Drug Testing. I want Mr. Pacquiao and Mr. Arum to publicly announce that they are willing to comply with USADA/WADA protocol (again) and then I will gladly sign the contract to fight and begin all the necessary promotional tours and duties"
How hard is that? He had no issues telling the world Manny was reluctant to take OST and that was the reason for the fight falling apart the first time. Yet lately all we have is public statements about retirement, vacation, etc and HBO's head of Sports claiming there was no reason for Floyd to turn down the fight. Pacquiao and his trainer repeatedly making public statements that all drug testing protocols were agreed to.
But nothing from Floyd? What's the holdup?Comment

Instead, Mayweather Sr. suggested it was his son’s fear of Uncle Sam that’s preventing the biggest fight in boxing from taking place this year. “Make a million dollars in one year and see what Uncle Sam gonna do to you. So that’s what I’m talking about. Make $100 million in one year and see what Uncle Sam gonna do,” he would tell FightHype’s own Percy Crawford. “It would be like he ain’t never fought Shane. I’m telling you the real deal of how it is. That is the only reason they didn’t make the fight.”
Looks like the Mayweather clan has been giving fighthype the ole' runaroundComment

We all know Mayweather is getting locked up and about to start having sex with dude in the shower. The fight would've been made by now if he wasnt ducking and dodgeing like a lil b*tch.Comment
