That random test the day before the Morales fight was one-sided.

The testers allegedly lost Pacquiao`s blood samples, which was very su****ious. Morales did not have his blood drawn that time, therefore it was unfair for Pacman who was the underdog. Yup Morales then could demand anything.

But no one can demand from Pacman anymore, not even Floyd, because MP has all the titles, Floyd only his 0. Same as Cesar Chavez Jr.
